John Rodriguez, a graduate of Westchester Business Institute, was hired as a Greenwich Police officer in 1992. He served as a dispatcher, field training officer, and traffic accident investigator. Man Sentenced For Distributing Fentanyl To Fairfield County OD Victim A West Haven man was sentenced to more than two years in federal prison for distributing fentanyl to a Bridgeport man who died after using the drug. John Rodriguez, 37, was sentenced on Friday, May 4 by U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea in Hartford to 27 months of prison, followed by four years of supervised release. His victim overdosed on the drug in 2015. John H.
