Stamford Convicted Felon Nabbed With Gun Stamford Police nabbed a local man, who served four years of a 14-year sentence for shooting another man, with a gun while walking down the street, according to police. Jahmar aka "Red Hot" Rhyne, 28, of Stamford, was arrested around 1 p.m. Saturday on Spruce Street after off-duty Stamford Police Officer Matt Linnehan received information Rhyne was carrying a weapon and alerted on-duty officers of his whereabouts, said Capt.
