Apple Issues 'Update Now' Warning To iPhone, iPad Users
Apple has just issued what it calls an urgent update for iPhone and iPad users that it says provides protection two critical security vulnerabilities related to exploits of user data while browsing on these devices. The download to iOS 18.1.1 fixes issues in JavaScriptCore and WebKit that could allow attackers to execute malicious code through crafted web content. Apple says users should install the update promptly. You can do this by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update on your device. For more information on the updates from Apple, click here.

A Fairfield County man is behind bars after being charged with allegedly producing child pornography. Ross DeLibro, age 53, of Shelton, was charged in June with the production of child pornography following an investigation by the Connecticut State Police and Homeland Security. Two Bridgeport juveniles have been charged with robbery after allegedly stealing $200 from a boy attempting to buy an iPhone on Snapchat. The two juveniles were arrested in Bridgeport on Wednesday, March 22, for the incident which took place on Feb. 23, said Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police.
