Man Charged With DUI After Crossing Double-Yellow Line On Route 7, Police Say A driver stopped for repeatedly crossing over the double yellow lines of a busy Fairfield County roadway was allegedly impaired, police said. A swerving driver in a 2013 Honda Civic on Route 7 in Wilton near the Zion Hill Church was stopped by officers at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15, after he was spotted crossing the double yellow lines, prompting the traffic stop.
