I-684 Crash Sends Vehicle Into Woods A serious crash due to snowy and slippery roads shut down southbound lanes of I-684 in Westchester County for a couple of hours during the action on Monday, March 23. The crash, which sent a vehicle into the woods, took place around 1:50 p.m., said New York State Polie. Southbound lanes in Bedford between Exits 4 and 5 were closed while the crash was cleared.  Details surrounding the crash and injuries were not available.

I-684 Crash Sends Car Into Woods, Injuring Driver One lane of I-684 in Northern Westchester was closed due to a single-vehicle crash that injured one person. The crash took place around 9:21 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, northbound on I-684 in Armonk, when a vehicle overturned and landed in a wooded area, said New York State Police. According to state police, the right lane of traffic was temporarily closed for removal of the vehicle. The person received minor injuries, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Currently, there are no existing delays.

Crash Causes Delays On I-684 A crash caused southbound delays of up to seven miles on I-684 at the tail-end of the morning commute. The crash took place southbound around 8 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15, near Exit 2 for Route 120 in North Castle, said the New York State Police. The right and center lanes were closed immediately after the crash before the center lane was cleared a short time later. All lanes were reopened by 9:45 a.m., with up to two-mile backups remaining.
