A suspect wanted in Fairfield County for attempted murder was arrested in New York City after his vehicle was spotted in Westchester. Westchester County Police say information was developed that the suspect might be traveling through the area and had established surveillance on several parkways. In a harrowing traffic stop, a Westchester County police officer was injured on the Hutchinson River Parkway when a motorist drove off at high speed as the officer was attempting to take him into custody.
