A 31-year-old Connecticut man is facing potentially decades in prison after police say they found thousands of images of child sexual abuse material and discussed shared it on social media, authorities said. Burnest Geyer, of Shelton in Fairfield County, was charged with receipt and distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography, the US Attorney for Connecticut said. Following a months-long investigation, a 26-year-old Connecticut man faces federal child pornography charges after having sexually explicit conversations over the internet with a young girl, officials announced. Bridgeport Woman Admits To Escaping From Federal Custody
A Fairfield County woman who was convicted of mailing poison-laced food to federal and military officials has admitted to attempting to escape custody. Bridgeport resident Barbara March, 73, has pleaded guilty in Bridgeport federal court to escape from federal custody, U.S. Attorney John Durham announced.
