Stamford Man Charged With Possessing Child Porn
A Stamford man has been arrested following a yearlong investigation into his alleged activity downloading and sharing child pornography over the internet. Edward J. Parr, 57, was arrested Tuesday by Connecticut State Police following the investigation which began in September 2017 after his actions were discovered by a state police investigator working in the Computer Crimes and Electronic Evidence Laboratory.
