Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing Fairfield County mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos is facing additional legal problems as a bank moves to foreclose on one of his properties. Dulos, who is out on bail after being charged evidence tampering and hindering prosecution in connection with his wife's May 24 disappearance, may soon lose his New Canaan property after Danbury Savings Bank filed court papers on Monday, Dec. 9, to foreclose on property at 61 Sturbridge Hill Road.
