A man who officers briefly followed after leaving the scene of a collision was killed in a crash in Fairfield County just minutes after authorities decided to end the pursuit, police said. Georgia resident Amir Maalyjah Goodall-Reid, age 28, was killed in a crash that happened in Wilton on Wednesday, Dec. 20 just after 8 p.m., according to Wilton Police Department Lt. Anna Tornello.
