Teen Duo Charged With Making Threats To CT Schools
Two teens have been arrested for making two separate social media threats against two Connecticut Schools. The threats were made in New Haven County on Monday, Sept. 26, causing the two Waterbury schools to shelter in place and have additional police on campus on Tuesday, Sept. 27. Waterbury Police Lt. Security Upped At CT High School After Student Brings Loaded Gun To Class
There was an increased police presence at a Connecticut high school after a student was arrested for bringing a loaded handgun into the building earlier this week. In New Haven County, officers from the Hamden Police Department responded to the high school at approximately 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 5, where there was a report of a 17-year-old student who was in possession of a handgun. The COVID-19 vaccine will soon be available to the general population in Connecticut as the state continues vaccinating residents at one of the quickest rates in the country. Connecticut Gov. Several new positive COVID-19 cases were confirmed in multiple Fairfield County schools, officials announced. More than a dozen Connecticut schools have been temporarily closed due to COVID-19. The tally comes on the heels of Gov.
