New information has been released regarding an incident in which two boys and two girls were apprehended by police after crashing in Fairfield County. At about 4:25 p.m. on Friday, May 27, a concerned citizen contacted the Wilton Police Department to report a young girl appeared to have been forced into a black Subaru station wagon with no plates by a male individual in the area of Ridgefield Road and Drum Hill Road. Five Juveniles Arrested After Fight Outside Mall In Fairfield County
Five area juveniles were arrested following a large fight at a busy Fairfield County mall. The incident took place around 5 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 26, at the Westfield Trumbull Mall. That's when Trumbull Police officers patrolling the mall noticed a group of 20 to 30 teens running outside the mall and two teenage girls fighting. According to Lt. A man was shot multiple times while on a city street in what police in Fairfield County say is an "isolated incident." Police responded around 3 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 15, after receiving a report of a person shot on the 500 block of East Main Street in Bridgeport, authorities said. The victim, a 34-year-old Bridgeport man, was taken to an area hospital and treated for multiple gunshot wounds to the leg and buttocks, said Bridgeport PD Captain Kevin Gilleran. Police are searching for a suspect in a double homicide at an illegal after-hours nightclub in Fairfield County that was being run in a basement, according to police. The double shooting murders took place around 1:55 a.m., Sunday, May 16 at the club located on Main Street in Bridgeport. Two people were killed and two injured during a shooting at a popular Fairfield County sports bar. The Connecticut Post Mall has instituted a parental escort policy the day after several fights broke out at the mall in Milford.
