CT Man Nabbed After Crashing Into House, Fleeing Scene, Police Say A Connecticut man was captured after slamming into the front of a home and then fleeing from police. The incident took place in New London County in Norwich around 11:50 p.m., on Wednesday, June 15. Norwich Police responded to a report of a car into a home at 295 Boswell Ave., after receiving several 911 calls, said Sgt. Avery Marsh, of the Norwich Police.
