Police In Fairfield County Seek 'Bow-Legged' Cell Phone Store Bandit Police in Fairfield County are looking to identify a bow-legged man who robbed multiple cell phone stores at gunpoint in the same neighborhood in the past few weeks. The "bow-legged bandit" has committed the robberies with a silver handgun in Bridgeport in the immediate area of Park Ave. and Pequonnock St. He has an extremely crooked lower left leg, said Captain Kevin Gilleran, of the Bridgeport Police.
