Danbury Man Repeatedly Punched Pregnant Woman In Face, Stomach, Police Say A 35-year-old man was taken into custody on Thursday night after he allegedly struck a pregnant woman multiple times in a car she was driving in Southeast, state police said. Shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Thursday night, a pregnant woman drove into the parking lot of the New York State Police barracks in Brewster to report a crime in progress.
