Two Store Clerks In North Salem Charged In Underage Drinking Detail A check of 15 stores in the area during an underage drinking enforcement detail has resulted in charges against two store clerks for selling alcohol to minors. State Police conducted plain-clothes checks of the retail locations in Westchester County that sell alcohol to ensure their compliance with New York State's Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Law on Friday, April 19. Store Clerk Charged In Northern Westchester Underage Drinking Enforcement Detail A store clerk has been charged with selling alcohol to a minor during an underage drinking enforcement operation in Northern Westchester. The operation, conducted by state police on Saturday, Feb. 16, included numerous retail establishments throughout the towns of Somers, North Salem, Lewisboro and Pound Ridge.
