Store Clerk Charged In Northern Westchester Underage Drinking Enforcement Detail A store clerk has been charged with selling alcohol to a minor during an underage drinking enforcement operation in Northern Westchester. The operation, conducted by state police on Saturday, Feb. 16, included numerous retail establishments throughout the towns of Somers, North Salem, Lewisboro and Pound Ridge.
