State troopers arrested Steven Harrison, age 42, on Monday, July 5 in the area of Weaver Dam Road in Petersburg, located in Rensselaer County, about 28 miles east of Albany, near the Massachusetts border. Stamford Man Nabbed In Bar Fight Wanted For Vehicular Manslaughter A Stamford man who was wanted by the Connecticut State Police for vehicular manslaughter was nabbed by local police following a bar fight. Ever Orlando-Reyes, 35, of Stillwater Avenue, was first arrested by Stamford Police on Monday for whipping a man with his belt during a bar fight, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
