Sullivan County Government Offices Closed Due To Storm Due to numerous power outages and downed trees, Sullivan County government offices will be closed on Friday, Nov. 22, with the exception of 24-hour facilities.  Snowfall totals in the county range from 3 inches (Woodbourne) to a foot (Callicoon Center).
