Olde Crabs Hit The Ice For Charity Hockey Tournament At Danbury Arena

DANBURY, Conn. – The 11th Annual Olde Crabs Charity Hockey Tournament will be held from 8 a.m. through 1 p.m. Oct. 23 through Oct. 25 at the Danbury Ice Arena, One Independence Way.

The brackets are Women’s Division (players 40 years and older) and Men’s Divisions (50s 60s and 70 year old players). See the website for the tournament schedule.

The members of the Olde Crabs Ice Hockey Club are dedicated to raising money for charity and playing ice hockey.

Over the past 10 years the Olde Crabs have raised over $50 million for local charities, including but not limited to The American Diabetes Association, Connecticut Storm Special Needs Hockey Team, Danbury First Night, Fairfield Shelter for Abused Women, Danbury Family and Children Services, The Danbury Food Pantry, the Central CT US Army Reserves, The Fisher House, UConn’s school for Veteran Entrepreneurs and many other charities serving those in need of help.
