Sen. Chris Murphy Discusses College Affordability At Danbury's WestConn

DANBURY, Conn. -- U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) will hold a roundtable discussion with students at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 11:30 a.m.

Murphy's discussion will focus on making attending college more affordable and his plans to introduce legislation that will make college more affordable by prioritizing innovation and holding schools accountable for meeting minimum standards.

The discussion will be held in the Haas Library, Room 508. The library is located at 181 White St. in Danbury.
