Esty, Greenberg Meet In First Congressional Debate In Danbury In October

DANBURY, Conn. – The first debate between U.S. Rep. Elizabeth Esty (D-5th District) and challenger Mark Greenberg will be held on Oct. 9 at 7 p.m. at the Portuguese Cultural Center in Danbury.

It will be moderated by Jara Burnett from the League of Women Voters of Connecticut.

The League of Women Voters of Connecticut, the Danbury News-Times, and the Portuguese Cultural Center in Danbury are hosting the debate.

Greenberg is a businessman from Litchfield.

The Portuguese Cultural Center is located at 65 Sand Pit Road.
