Business Group Endorses Scribner For Danbury State House Seat

DANBURY, Conn. – The Connecticut Business & Industry Association has endorsed state Rep. David A. Scribner’s bid for re-election to represent Danbury in the State House of Representatives.

Scribner (R-107th District) is an incumbent facing off against political newcomer and Democrat Dan Smolnik in the election. The 107th District includes parts of Bethel, Brookfield and Danbury.

"It’s critical to elect legislators who will make the tough decisions necessary to improve the economy, grow jobs, and make Connecticut a better place to do business," said Joe Brennan, CBIA executive vice president, in a press release.

"We’re pleased to endorse David Scribner for re-election.”
