DANBURY, Conn. A 33-year-old Danbury man whose car crossed the median and struck another car Tuesday night on Osborne Street was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license, police said. No injuries were reported.
Pedro Zhizhpon of Rowan Street was driving southbound on Osborne about 11 p.m. when his car crossed over into the northbound lane and he struck a car driven by 35-year-old Norwalk resident Krysztof Maciejewski, police said.
Zhizhpon was released and ordered to appear in Danbury Superior Court next month.
