DANBURY, Conn. -- A truck filled with furniture was completely destroyed by fire while parked at 425 Main St. on Saturday morning, the Danbury Fire Department reported.
The fire was reported just before 7 a.m. Saturday, a statement said.
Two engines, one ladder, one squad, one ambulance, and one volunteer company responded.
The truck was parked 20 feet from a nearby building, but firefighters were able to keep the blaze from spreading to the building.
Truck, which was fully involved by the fire, was a total loss, the department said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
