Steven Randi of Danbury turned himself into the Danbury Police Department after learning there was a warrant for his arrest, said Det. Lt. Mark Williams.
In August of last year, Danbury police received information that Randi was in possession of child pornography. After an investigation by the Special Victims Unit, an arrest warrant was issued by Danbury Superior Court, Williams said.
He was charged with possession of child pornography, processed without incident and released after posting a court set bond of $100,000, he added.
Randi is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on May 24.
