Police Identify Danbury Teen Killed In Car Crash As Abbott Tech Student

DANBURY, Conn. -- The 17-year-old driver killed in a one-car crash into a tree Sunday morning has been identified as Fausto Dosantos, a student at Henry Abbott Technical School in Danbury, the News-Times reported.

Dosantos lives on Crows Nest Lane, near the scene of the accident on the same road south of Birchwood Condominiums, the News-Times said.

In the accident, the car veered off the road, became airborne and slammed into and wrapped a large tree, police told the News-Times.
