Peter Zullo of Milford was arrested around 2 a.m., Saturday, July 6, when he allegedly refused to leave Eli's Tavern at 21 Daniel St., in Milford, said the Milford Police Department.
When officers arrived on the scene, Zullo continued to refuse to leave the property after being told the business was closed and then actively resisted police attempting to escort him out, police said.
Zullo was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and resisting officers. He was released on a promise to appear ticket. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 30.
