Danbury, Conn. - A Danbury woman suspected of selling crack cocaine out of her home was arrested on multiple drug charges Wednesday after a lengthy investigation, police said.
Officers began investigating after a number of residents complained of an unusual amount of foot traffic and cars going into and out of the Stevens Street home of Christina Eaton, 36, and staying for only short periods of time, police said.
During the investigation, officers determined there was sufficient evidence that Eaton was selling drugs out of her home, police said. Officers executed several warrants on Wednesday, police said.
Inside Eaton's house, officers found suspected crack cocaine, heroin, drug proceeds, drug paraphernalia and drug records, police said.
Eaton was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of crack cocaine, possession of narcotics with intent to sell under a half-ounce, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school.
She was held on $75,000 bond. Police did not release a court date for Eaton.
