William Estevez, 19, failed to appear in court on charges stemming from two separate incidents, Detective Lt. Tom Michael said. The first warrant, for a breach of peace charge, was from an altercation on Mill Plain Road in July 2011 and the second warrant on third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief charges related to a break-in at a vacant building in July 2012, Michaels said.

Estevez was held on a $30,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
