Susan Mastrianni, 55, Formerly Of Danbury

DANBURY, Conn. – Susan Bonadio Mastrianni, a former Danbury resident, died Nov. 13 at New Milford Hospital. She was 55.

Mastrianni was born April 9, 1957, in Danbury to the late Robert and Irene Loya Bonadio. She attended Danbury schools and graduated from Danbury High School in 1975. She was married to Mark M. Mastrianni for 35 years.

She was a former employee of the Risdon Corporation of Danbury. Mastrianni was a manager of the former Party Stop Store of Brookfield for 17 years. She lived in New Milford, Conn., for the past eight years. Mastrianni enjoyed cooking, spending time at the beach and, most especially, with her family.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Amanda (Ryan) Goulet, of New Milford; three sisters, Dianne (Neil) Schwartz, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., Melinda (Robert) Lott, of Bedford, N.H., and Leanne Bonadio, of Cary, N.C.; her parents-in-law, Anne and Mark Mastrianni Sr., of Danbury; two sisters-in-law, Lynn (Charles) Coakley, of Danbury, and Karen (Jim) Gay, of Danbury; a brother-in-law, Jerry (Michele) Mastrianni, of Danbury; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home in Danbury, with a prayer service at 4:30 p.m. Burial will be held at St. Peter Cemetery in Danbury at the direction of her family.
