The candlelight vigil was held near the intersection of South Street and Great Pasture Road in Danbury where Rachel Sack, 23, was hit and killed while she walking just after midnight Nov. 8, 2014, NBC Connecticut said.
A surveillance camera in the area captured an image of a white van at about the time of the accident, which is considered a vehicle of interest in the case, police said.
The accident occurred just south of Great Pasture Road near Michaels II cafe.
A $10,000 reward for information has been offered to help find the person responsible for the crash, police said.
Sack worked as a certified nursing assistant at the Regional Hospice and Home Care of Western Connecticut in Danbury. At the time of her death, Sack's son, Jackson, was about 9 weeks old.
