Turn Off Your Kids' Devices, Danbury: Social Media Interrupts Sleep

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Over 20 percent of the 800 teens responding in a research study revealed regularly awaken at night to look at or write something on social media, according to The Huffington Post.

The findings led experts to conclude that consulting social media at night adversely affects teenagers sleep cycles, contributes to fatigue and is otherwise harmful, according to the The Huffington Post.
