Her lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr., said she completed her paperwork and other procedures and was freed at 5:01 a.m. to head home, People.com reported.
Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in jail in October 2014 and entered the Federal Correctional Institution at Danbury on Jan. 5.
She arrived home in Montville Township at 7:25 a.m. Wednesday, according to NJ.com. Giudice will remain on home detention through Feb. 5, NJ.com said, during which time she will be monitored by federal authorities and permitted to go only on pre-approved trips for medical appointments and religious services.
Her prison term and home confinement will end two months short of her full 15-month sentence because of federal "good time" laws, NJ.com said.
Giudice, 42, and her husband were found guilty of bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in a multimillion-dollar mortgage and bankruptcy case.
Her husband, Joe Giudice, is set to begin his 41-month prison term in March. He is not a U.S. citizen and could be deported after his prison term.
They served their prison terms at separate times because they have four daughters -- ages 6 to 13.
