Delays Cleared On Metro-North's Danbury Branch

Update: FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Train riders headed north on the Danbury Branch should anticipate delays of up to 60 minutes due to an earlier train with mechanical issues on Wednesday morning, Metro-North said. 

original story: FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Metro-North Railroad is reporting delays of up to 30 minutes on the Danbury Branch on Wednesday morning.

The delays were first reported at 7:25 a.m. Wednesday.

Service is currently experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes due to an earlier train with mechanical issues in the vicinity of Wilton, Metro-North said.
