Danbury Police Search For Missing 14-Year-Old Girl

DANBURY, Conn. The Danbury Police Department is seeking to locate a missing 14-year-old girl and is asking the public for help.

The missing girl is Daje Best, 14. Police offered the following description of her: Daje is a black teenager, about 5-foot-8 and 190 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair in cornrows braided from front-to-back mid-length down her back.

Daje was last seen at 11 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at her residence on Fairfield Ridge in Danbury, police said.
