Symon will be signing his book, "Michel Symon's 5 IN 5: 5 Fresh Ingredients + 5 Minutes = 120 Fantastic Dinners" from 5 to 7 p.m. Sept. 10. The book concept comes from a segment Symon does on ABC’s "The Chew," of which he is a co-host. He also appears on Food Network’s "Iron Chef America" and is the host of Cooking Channel’s "Symon’s Suppers."
The book has 120 recipes and 75 color photographs. Stew Leonard’s will sell it for $19.99 each or two books for $30.
