Holiday Tea Party: Noon. The Danbury Museum & Historical Society hosts its Annual Holiday Tea at The Rider House. The event features tea, music and discussions about Victorian traditions, customs and clothing. $25 per person. Saturday, Dec. 1

Stuff-A-Cruiser:  10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Western Connecticut State University police department hosts a holiday charity toy drive to benefit Danbury children. Walmart, 67 Newtown Road, Danbury.

Sunday, Dec. 2

Festival of Light: 4 to 6:30 p.m. Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization and Peace Village Learning and Retreat Center host the Festival of Light, a celebration of community and light.
