Participants will sketch a live model. The cost is $25 and includes wine sampling, hors d’oeuvres, art instruction and basic drawing materials. All levels are welcome, but guests must be 21 and over.
That same evening, there will be a WCSU production of “The Drunken City” at 8 p.m. at the Studio Theatre of the new Visual and Performing Arts Center on the university’s Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension.
A combined ticket for the “Sip & Sketch” and “The Drunken City” is $35. The production is about three young, soon-to-be-wed women who get drunk on a wild bar crawl through New York City that makes them question their future, fate and the meaning of life.
Purchase tickets online. Tickets also may be purchased at the door for either event, but purchasing tickets in advance is recommended.
