Hospitals' Girls Night Out Will Celebrate The Spirit Of Women

DANBURY, Conn. -- Western Connecticut Health Network, Danbury Hospital and New Milford Hospital will host the fifth annual Spirit of Women Girls Night Out on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Amber Room Colonnade, 1 Stacey Road, Danbury, from 5 to 8 p.m.

The annual event brings women together to interact with experts, get free health and wellness information, enjoy lively entertainment and delicious, healthy tapas. Cash bar will be available.

This year’s theme, “An Enchanted Affair,” is all about fun, inspiration, health education and entertainment. A roundtable “Discussion with the Docs” will take place, followed by entertainment from comedian Mary Dimino. Dimino is a regular on the comedy club circuit in New York and the Northeast region.

The evening also features complimentary refreshments, interactive educational games, and chances to win prizes. The event also showcases Zumba and Tai Chi demonstrations.
