Retired State Police Sgt. Jerry Longo from the Connecticut State Police Museum will present a program entitled "The History of the Connecticut State Police Department" at 2 p.m. Saturday. The event is free and open to the public.
This talk will accompany the new museum exhibit Hometown Heroes: An Historic Tribute to the Danbury Police & Fire Departments. This exhibit will be open for viewing from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays through Saturdays until Nov. 9.
