DANBURY, Conn. -- The Kiwanis & Key Clubs of Greater Danbury recently had their annual meeting at Chuck’s Steak House in Danbury.

The Key Clubs of Danbury, Brookfield, Bethel and Ridgefield introduced their officers, advisers and parents, according to a press release. The officers presented their service projects and upcoming events.

Lt. Gov. for the New England District of Key Clubs and Danbury High School Key Club President Alexandra Prendergast was a guest speaker.

The Danbury High School Key Club will be having its annual blood drive for the American National Red Cross from 1-6:15 p.m. July 30 at the Holiday Inn, 60 Newtown Road, Danbury. Donors are invited to sign up or log on to RedCrossBlood.org or call 1-800-Red Cross (800-733- 2767).
