Goodie bags will be given to the first 500 costumed children and a costume parade will kick off at 3:30 p.m. Prizes will be given for most original, cutest, scariest, and funniest costumes.
Children and parents will also be able to guess the number of candy corn in a jar, guess the weight of a pumpkin and other traditional children's games.
Magic Marty, the roaming magician will be on hand , and free photo booths will also be available.
The event is free and open to the public.
