The fair will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 13 at the Ethan Allen Hotel in Danbury.
The employer registration fee is $475. Registration includes an exhibit table, lunches for employers, a company sign, program guide listing,radio, newspaper and Internet advertising and advertisements at CTWorks, veterans centers, local libraries and community organizations. The job fair is free for those looking for work.
Employers interested in registering as an exhibitor can visit the Connecticut Department of Labor’s job fair website at www.ctjobfairs.com.
“With more than 15 years of experience in providing job and career fair services to our residents, the Labor Department is recognized as a leader in offering well?organized events that attract quality companies looking to expand their work force,” Labor Commissioner Sharon Palmer said in a statement.
“Each fall, our career fair series attracts thousands of job seekers and hundreds of businesses looking to make an employment connection. Since 1997, we have been dedicated to providing quality fairs, and earning the distinction of organizing some of this state’s most successful recruiting events.”
