Ocasio-Cortez, Trump Agree On This One Thing: NY Times Columnist Called 'Bedbug' Is A Snowflake
Freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and President Donald Trump may have finally agreed on something: a New York Times reporter. New York Times op-ed columnist Bret Stephens has created a social media firestorm after emailing George Washington University associate professor Dave Karpf and the university’s provost this week to complain about Karpf’s tweet calling Stephens a "bedbug." In the wake of The New York Times’ office being infested by bedbugs, Karpf poked fun at Stephens on social media. “The bedbugs are a metaphor. The bedbugs are Bret Stephens,” he posted in jest. In t…

Simmering Tensions Between Pelosi, Ocasio-Cortez Boil Over Border Aid Package, Trump
U.S. Rep. and Westchester County high school grad Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are more divided than ever following congressional funding of security at the U.S.-Mexican border. Pelosi criticized Ocasio-Cortez and three other liberal House Democrats for failing to support a Democratic leadership-backed immigration measure during a Capitol Hill dispute with the White House over funding for the border crisis. During a closed-door caucus on Wednesday, July 10, Pelosi reportedly asked House members not turn to Twitter to criticize moderate Democrats. "Do not tw…

Freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is pressuring House Democrats to “move forward” with impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump, stating that it could be considered a “politically motivated” decision if they failed to do so. The 2007 Yorktown High School graduate took to Twitter on Tuesday, May 21, saying “Congress swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. That includes impeachment.” “It is just as politicized a maneuver to not impeach in the face of overwhelming evidence as it is to impeach w/o cause,” she posted. “Congress swore an oath to uphold the Constitut…

Ocasio-Cortez Rips Media For Coverage Of Her Move To Luxury High Rise
Freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been in the spotlight yet again this week, but for her new luxury high rise, not her policies or outspoken social media presence. Many news outlets are calling the 2007 Yorktown High School graduate hypocritical after it was reported she had moved into a luxury new home in Washington, D.C. The building - which is under construction - features no affordable housing units, which was a platform she championed during her campaign. Ocasio-Cortez’s congressional salary is $174,000, and her new building reportedly runs $2,000 a month for a studio…

It’s on your 10 millionth and one dollar. So after you make 10 million dol…

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Hits Back At Ex-CT Sen. Joe Lieberman In Rare Dem Vs. Dem Dustup
Just over a week after taking office, U.S. Congresswoman and Westchester County high school graduate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is embroiled in a new controversy. But this one does not involve a far-right provocateur or even a mainstream Republican. It started when Joe Lieberman, Democratic presidential nominee Al Gore's running mate in the 2000 election who retired in 2013 after serving 24 years as U.S. Senator from Connecticut, was asked if the far-left Ocasio-Cortez represented the future of the Democratic party in an interview with Fox Business Network. "I certai…
