Two Lucky CT Winners Will Cash In On Lottery Tickets For $20K, $10K It might not be Friday yet, but there's still a reason to celebrate for two Connecticut lottery players who walked away with big cash.  The winners announced for Thursday, April 29 were: Donnie Farmer of Windsor Locks won $20,000 on a 20X Cash scratch-off ticket purchased at the 7-Eleven Store in Windsor Locks, said the CT Lottery.
