The incident occurred in New Haven County around 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 12 in the area of 168 Jersey St., in Waterbury. Waterbury police responded to the area after receiving reports of a vehicle that crashed into a tree, said Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police.
