One Killed In Tractor-Trailer Crash On I-91 A 41-year-old man was the victim of a fatal single-vehicle crash after losing control of a tractor-trailer on I-91. Ashley L. Bennett, of Uniondale on Long Island was killed around 4:43 a.m. Friday near Exit 14 in Wallingford, said the Connecticut State Police. According to the police report, Bennett was traveling northbound on I-91 in the right lane when he swerved off the right shoulder and down the grassy embankment.
