Alert Issued For Parking Lot Scam At Area Supermarket Police are warning area residents to be cautious as a couple recently took to scamming customers at a local grocery store. A post on the “Hyde Park, NY: Then and Now” Facebook page that has since gone viral, warns of a bi-racial couple that had allegedly been robbing customers at Stop & Shop after soliciting a ride.
