Popular CT Eatery Closes Suddenly A popular Connecticut eatery known for its LBGQ+ events and drag shows has closed suddenly. Tisane Euro-Asian Café, Hartford's iconic tea house and cocktail bar for over 24 years, closed for good on Monday, May 13, with a note on Instagram making the announcement.
