Suspect Nabbed In Fairfield County Bank Robbery
A Fairfield County man has been charged in connection with a September bank robbery.
Eliezer Negron, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 29 for a robbery at the Fairfield County in Norwalk on Tuesday, Sept. 21, Sgt. Sofia Gulino, of the Norwalk Police Department said.
According to Gulino, Negron walked into the bank around 1:30 p.m., wearing a hard hat and a mask resembling a tiger's mouth, and demanded money, and intimated he was armed.
He then grabbed the cash and fled in a white Hyundai with no license plate, Gulino said.
